FOOD ACCOUNTABILITY
We all know how challenging it is to reach our goals, and many times it's much harder to reach them alone.
In this program we will talk about your goals, your diet, and lifestyle. We will create a plan to help you stay in alignment with your goals. This program is built around your wants and aspirations for yourself and learn how NOT to negotiate with yourself. Creating new patterns, self discipline and my accountability will ensure that you CONQUER your goals. Sometimes it all starts with a team!

Boxing
Our boxing sessions provides a workout like no other. Learn the technique of boxing as we work on strength, speed, quickness and agility, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Our workouts consists of 3-minute rounds with 1-minute rest in between. Get all the benefits of being a boxer WITHOUT getting punched in the face!

Private Dance Sessions and Stretch/Massage Services are available. Dancing brings about a sense of joy while also providing benefits. It helps increase heart rate improve flexibility and strengthen muscles offering both anaerobic advantages. Moreover dancing goes beyond the aspect; it also promotes mental well being by serving as a creative outlet reducing stress levels and boosting overall mood.
